Located on H St. NE between 8th and 10th Streets NE, Avec is a 419-unit, market-rate building featuring studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. The building will open for first occupancy in January 2020.

WC Smith in May welcomed Chipotle as its newest tenant at the Shops at Park Village, offering residents of Washington’s Congress Heights neighborhood a new fast-casual dining option.
