Summer Youth Employment Program

2026 Program

WC Smith’s Summer Youth Employment Program offers a 6-week paid job for youth ages 14-17 who live in WC Smith properties or are dependents of WC Smith employees. Participants gain valuable real-world job experience in a variety of settings, including administrative and leasing offices, maintenance, a Splash Park and the iCan Technical Theater program. The students will also participate in educational workshops and field trips.

Please note that only 25 applicants will be hired.
