The community is great. The amenities are great. The staff members are great. The living spaces are great. What else could you ask for? This is the best apartment community we’ve lived in and we couldn’t be happier.
I have never been happier. The building is extremely well kept, management is typically very responsive, and Joseph at the front desk has been a dream. The amount of amenities is insane, and the technology you have access to, via app, is fantastic. Truly luxury living.
I've had a great experience at the Park Chelsea! The building ammenities are amazing, the staff is excellent and there is really great and sincere community programming that helps make a big building feel small.
Aside from a few maintenance requests that have gone unanswered, moving into this apartment has been a dream come true. There are so many useful and enjoyable amenities to enjoy, the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful (when they’re not overworked), the rent is comparably great, and the neighborhood simply cannot be beat. Nats Park, Audi Field, the Anthem, Yards Park, the Wharf, Navy Yard and Capitol South Metro stations, and even the US Capitol itself are all within walking distance. The only problem with such a great location is traffic when there are baseball games (which is often) but since I’m not a car owner, I don’t have to worry about traffic or parking.
Excellent place to live with great amenities and friendly staff. The location is in a very walkable part of the city and has ideal with access to the Wharf, Navy Yard and Capitol Hill neighborhoods along with two Metro stations. With having Whole Foods next door this apartment is really hard to compare to any other place.
Great amenities including indoor year round 75 foot long lap pool. lots of social activities arranged by management including board game night and cooking demonstrations. Well kept and beautifully designed interiors and buildings. Awesome fitness facilities including yoga/ barre studios, Peloton bike room. Plus any resident of any of the three collective apartments can use each other's facilities. Three for the price of one. So fantastic value.
The Park Chelsea is truly a lot more than an apartment building. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a beautiful but still welcoming hotel. In the two years that I have lived here, we've had very few maintenance issues, but the few that have come up were addressed very quickly. Every employee at the front desk is also so friendly and professional.
