I live on the Penthouse level and have since March 1st. I absolutely love the staff, they are all friendly, accept my packages day or night and notify me, and are just generally nice people. The amenities are fantastic, I'm at one of the the 3 pools and/or gyms pretty much everyday, there is coffee downstairs and whole foods might as well be connected. I have a parking spot there but if I go into my office on M Street I just walk and it's right around the corner. I don't want to live anywhere else!
The Collective is a great place to live. The amenities, the events, the units, and the location is awesome. My leasing agent, Arlen, came recommended and he's been wonderful every step of the way. He's a pleasure to work with and he's very proactive in The Collective community. Every leasing agent is amazing here, but he stands out!
I lived here since July 2021 and have really loved the experience. From the events, facilities and staff everything has been great. Adam and Ashley have made this place feel like a community with all the events they have planned. Also, whenever I have a maintenance request the maintenance team fixes it in a timely manner. Shout out to Mel who helped me with my stove vent today and was very professional.
I moved into the Garrett (at the Collective) in July and have been very pleased with my experience. The amenities and apartment itself are in great condition and well-maintained. The maintenance and front desk staff are very responsive and quick to action when needed. Arlen (the leasing agent) continues to check in to make sure we are happy. At first tour, this complex seemed a bit too good to be true, but we were happy to find out there wasn't a catch. It's as nice as it appears :)
The Garrett at The Collective was by far the best living experience I have ever had. The entire staff was consistently helpful and friendly - most of them even knew each of the residents on a first name basis. A highlight of mine while living at the garrett was the wildly efficient package delivery system via Mobile Doorman. The App also allowed you to seamlessly book any of the amenities throughout the buildings. Also, there was one employee in particular named Owen that would go above and beyond to ensure all of my requests were met quickly. If you enjoy living in a young, vibrant community that embodies the motto "work hard, play hard" this is the place for you. It is also a plus that you can get into shape pretty much any way you would like without leaving the Collective.
