We love living at the Agora building at The Collective! The building itself is beautiful and the apartments have a cool "modern industrial" feel. One of our favorite things about the building are the amenities ? including a rooftop dog park, pool, seating and fire pit areas and grills, and even an indoor pool and more.
My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the building, the amentities, the service from all members of the staff. We have not lived in an apartment in many years and are pleased to be living in the vibrant Agoura.
My experience at The Agora has been nothing short of pleasant. The fitness center, rooftop pool/sitting areas, concierge, maintenance, and access/walkability to most of the places I go are excellent. The building is in the perfect location between Navy Yard and Capitol Hill, seconds from a major expressway, and on top of a Whole Foods grocery store.
From the moment I submitted a request for information on the website to the time I moved in, I have been so impressed with the leasing staff and entire community, as they have been so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The Collective has incredible amenities for all residents and is in a prime location for metro and freeway access, with so many cool shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are weekly events and it truly feels like an inclusive, welcoming community.
The apartment is conveniently located in the Navy Yard area, just above Whole Foods. We love the amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, hydro massage chairs, professional demo kitchen and more. Also, we love the reserved electric parking!
This has been a great experience - building is clean, bright and has great amenities. Concierge and office staff are helpful and friendly - very responsive to requests for assistance or information. Broad range of opportunities for social and fitness activities. Would highly recommend this building!
This is a very nice, safe community. The building has lots of amenities that make life "easy" like package delivery, gym, pool and it is close to the metro.
Overall pleased with Agora. Peloton Studio, Golf Simulator, plenty of common spaces, pool, grills, views, Whole Foods, Metro is < 0.2 miles away. The interior walls can be a bit thin and audible noise being heard from the common halls in my bedroom spaces. Not a deal breaker just something noticeable.
The community is clean and people are friendly. Many amenities to be used, but my favorite is the rooftop. The pool and lounge area is spacious and cozy with views of the capitol and downtown Washington. Will be sad to leave
The sense of community and interactions created by so many shared amenities make the Agora an unrivaled living experience for any young professional. While there might be buildings and housing options with lower rent, this building makes the little extra go a long way.
Great location, amazing amenities and friendly staff. We enjoy living at the Collective and the views of the Capitol and Library of Congress. It's very convenient living above Whole Foods and in walking distance to the Nationals.
