A total of 27 DC properties made the national list. 2701 Connecticut Ave. ranked #132 out of the 1,564 properties ranked.
To be eligible for this ranking, a property had to register a minimum ORA™ score of 90 and at least 20 online reviews.
This is the fifth consecutive year that 2701 Connecticut made the list; 2800 Ontario and Park Vista (an affordable property) mark four consecutive appearances among the Elite 1%, and two years for Avec.
This is the first time Meridian Park has made the list.
