Nearly 1,500 people attended the Good Times Community Festival, a back-to-school fair held at THEARC on Aug. 27. The annual event, sponsored by Building Bridges Across the River, WC Smith and many individual supporters, features food, games/activities and backpacks and school supplies for children.
