On April 27, ULI Washington presented Sheridan Station with a Juror’s Choice Trends Award, to “recognize the project team’s passion and commitment to bringing high quality and environmentally sustainable affordable housing to our region.” The award was presented at the annual ULI Trends Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building.
