The Washington Business Journal recently named WC Smith as one of the healthiest employers in the Washington DC region. The Business Journal released their list of the best workplace wellness programs on August 15, and they will honor the companies at an event on September 18th. WC Smith’s “Commit to Be Fit” program includes an annual wellness fair with free flu shots and biometric screenings for employees. Throughout the year the company also provides health related educational information, water bottles and financial incentives for healthy practices.
