WC Smith celebrated its 21st Annual Property Management Awards, returning for an in-person ceremony recognizing staff members and properties for their outstanding performance and achievements.
The WC Smith Excellence Awards were given to 17 employees across seven categories, including recognition for community and property management, maintenance, leasing, community and corporate administration.
The company celebrated veteran employees for their longevity: Baudilio Hernandez, who has been with the company for 25 years, and Alicia Lewis, who has been an employee for 15 years.
Eight WC Smith properties were recognized for their financial performance, while 6 were recognized for overall excellence.
