A total of 48 DC properties made the national list. 2701 Connecticut Ave. ranked #124 out of the 1,984 properties ranked.
To be eligible for this ranking, a property had to register a minimum ORA™ score of 90 and have at least 20 online reviews.
This is the sixth consecutive year that 2701 Connecticut made the list; 2800 Ontario and Park Vista (an affordable property) mark fine consecutive appearances among the Elite 1%.
The Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking is an annual ranking developed by J Turner Research.
