A newly formed group will lead the daily operations of WC Smith’s Property Management Division.
Samantha Branchaud has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will join Senior Vice Presidents Glenda Walker and Patrick McKenzie to form the Executive Committee for the WC Smith Property Management Division.
WC Smith President John Ritz, who has led the division, will remain actively involved in key property management issues facing the company. He will continue to work with the managers of WC Smith’s Property Services and Washington Heating and Cooling operations.
Each member of the Executive Committee is a long-time Smith employee. McKenzie has worked for the company for 38 years; Walker for 37 years and Branchaud 8 years.
