More Retailers Open at Skyland Town Center

Sushi, steak and pizza are new on the menu at Skyland Town Center, as two new restaurants have opened their doors at the mixed-use development in Washington, DC’s Ward 7.

Skyland also welcomed Like That Barber Shop and Skyland Nail Salon and Spa as new options for personal grooming.

Fuji Hibachi & Sushi opened Aug. 8. The 1,500 square foot restaurant features sushi and other Japanese dishes and is open 11:00am to 9:30pm daily. Fuji plans to transition to full-service this fall, which would make it the first full-service eatery to open at Skyland Town Center.   Fuji has a second location in Maryland.

Joining Fuji earlier this summer was &Pizza. The popular chain opened at Skyland in July, becoming the 13th location in Washington, DC. The Skyland location is open 11am to 10pm Sunday to Wednesday, and 11am to 11pm Thursday through Saturday.

Located in Crest at Skyland, Skyland Nail Salon and Spa is the first beauty and grooming retailer to open at the Town Center, and one of a handful of salons that operate in the immediate neighborhood surrounding the development.

Skyland Nail Salon and Spa’s business hours are 10am to 7pm Monday through Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.

Like That Barber Shop is a neighborhood institution that has been serving families in Wards 7 and 8 for 30 years.
