I lived here for three years and really liked it. Charming, affordable (rent controlled!) prewar unit, full of sun in a really great neighborhood. I always got a lot of compliments on my apartment. Not a lot of frills, but the WC Smith team was always responsive and helpful (often times, above and beyond, including putting me up in a hotel when there was a bad leak in my ceiling and being very chill about prorating my rent when I was leaving).
