This is the best renting experience I’ve had so far in any city. The building management is very responsive and helpful. Santos and Seve truly care for the building and it’s residents. Plus the location is a big bonus with plenty of restaurants within walkable distance and metro right opposite. The apartments are full of light and have amazing hardwood floors. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of moving!

Between the location, management and building itself I have not had a single complaint about my time here. Santos and Seve, who not only care for the building but get to know those who live in it, are so quick to help if you need anything. I have had an amazing 1.5 years living here. Santos, Seve, and the whole team has been amazing and my neighbors are equally kind. The walls are thick, getting mail is super easy and organized, amazing hardwood floors and huge windows, and beautiful rooftop view. Seriously, I wish I didn't have to move for grad school!

I love this building, which is why I've lived here for many years! The resident manager and maintenance staff are caring and attentive-and really create a feeling of "home."
