I lived in these apartments for 3 years before I relocated out of state. It was a very peaceful and clean environment. I recommend this residence for anyone looking for a price efficient, safe, clean environment to live in.

The community is safe and quiet.

My experience here has been great thus far. The staff are friendly and my neighbors are nice. My apartment itself is very nice and I get a lot of natural light in my room, which I enjoy. I haven’t had any major maintenance issues, but the minor one I had was resolved quickly.

Hillside Terrace is a network of 2 and 3 story walk up apartments. They sit in a neighborhood that includes single-family homes and other apartment complexes. The buildings are older but maintained. The grounds are well landscaped and inviting. I would suggest adding more laundry facilities. There is a central location instead of units in each building or apartment. The walls and the wood floors carry sound between apartments. But that is just a fact of life in an older building. Overall it is a comfortable, friendly place to live.

I didn't know moving could be so simple. The office team was amazing in guiding me through the process. I love it. Gwen was super knowledgeable and understanding about any questions that I had. It was seamless.
