I have greatly enjoyed my stay at 3101 Penn Ave. I have had no issues while living here. The maintenance man is always available when I need him.

Very quiet and clean community. Great access to public transportation and shopping. Easy access to school, church, Barracks Row and the Capitol and just 15 minutes to downtown dc.

I enjoy the neighborhood and the building location as it pertains to my needs. The building is always clean and well kept. I work very abstract hours and come and go at different times daily. Each time I come home the other tenants are extremely friendly and the building is always well kept no matter when I come in.
