23rd Annual WC Smith Property Management Awards

WC Smith celebrated its 23nd Property Management Awards, our annual ceremony recognizing staff members and properties for their outstanding performance and achievements.

The WC Smith Excellence Awards were given to 20 employees across seven categories, including recognition for community and property management, maintenance, leasing, community, collections and corporate administration.

The company celebrated veteran employees for their longevity: Raul Espinal, who has been with the company for 22 years, and Claire Ruppert, who has been an employee for 19 years.

Six WC Smith properties were recognized for their financial performance, while 7 were recognized for overall excellence.
