Two WC Smith properties – 2701 Connecticut Ave. and Park Vista – landed in the top-50 nationally among J Turner Research’s overall 2023 “Elite 1%” Power Ranking.
2701 Connecticut was ranked #40, while Park Vista, an affordable property, ranked #49 out of the 1,285 properties across the country that made the list. These buildings ranked first and second, respectively, among the 34 DC properties included on the national list.
Four other Smith properties were among the Elite 1%:
- Brunswick House
- Avec
- Twin Oaks
- Meridian Park
To be eligible for this ranking, a property had to register a minimum ORA™ score of 90 and have at least 20 online reviews.
This is the seventh consecutive year that 2701 Connecticut made the list; Park Vista marks six consecutive appearances among the Elite 1%.
