And the Deal of the Year Award goes to…Skyland Town Center!
April 27 was a big day for Skyland, as our mixed-used development won two awards at the Washington Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Awards Dinner. The project, which we are developing with our retail partner Rappaport, was named Best New Development, besting The Wharf Phase 2, the new Marriott Headquarters and NoMACNTR.
Skyland was also named Deal of the Year, which is the top award the Business Journal bestows each year.
