Project Description
In June 2022, twelve abandoned and deteriorating buildings were razed to make way for Terrace Manor, an upcoming affordable multifamily development in Washington, D.C. This state-of-the-art project will be comprised of 130 units and boasts LEED Gold certification, featuring a cutting-edge 100 kW solar panel system. The building will also include environmentally-friendly features such as a green roof, an elevator for convenience, a 24-hour concierge, modern utility systems, and various amenities, including a fitness center, a business center, community room, controlled access, and covered parking. All of the residential units will be priced to ensure affordability, with rents structured to accommodate individuals at 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
