Project Description

Fairway Park Apartments is a moderate rehabilitation of a 407-unit affordable apartment complex in northeast Washington, DC. The scope of work involved heavy up of electrical service, new HVAC system, new roofing, new windows and new interior finishes including kitchen and bathroom amenities.

The project won the Associated Builders and Contracts Award of Excellence.
