Fairway Park Apartments is a moderate rehabilitation of a 407-unit apartment complex in northeast Washington, DC. The scope of work involved heavy up of electrical service, new HVAC system, new roofing, new windows and new interior finishes including kitchen and bathroom amenities.
The property is owned by Carver Terrace Limited Partnership and the architect was EDG Architects.
