Sponsored by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, the event, now in its 19th year, connects area real estate executives with local teens to promote career development, leadership skills and financial literacy. What began with 20 people sitting around a conference room table has blossomed into the signature event for BGCGW, this year attracting 750 attendees and raising more than $1 million for the area clubs.
