I absolutely love Wakefield Hall! The value is incredible. I looked all over the Dupont/Adams Morgan/U Street area for a studio and this is certainly the best bang for you buck. I love the neighborhood and the building.

All staff were extremely professional and helpful during the moving process. The building is extremely clean and well-maintained. The building managers are always very responsive and the support staff in the building do excellent work.

In addition to the building kept in wonderful condition, I selected this building as it was obvious that the manager knows the tenants in person. May sound minor, but I felt ‘tenant no. X ‘ at my previous apt, which was new with lot’s of aminities. Staff is wonderful, and consequently, tenants are different, too

I love WC Smith buildings. I was at Hampton Court for over 5 years and then moved the short block up to Wakefield. The building is older but it's kept in terrific shape and maintenance requests are filled immediately by the live in super, Raul. He also delivers packages to your apartment which is amazing.

Love my little apartment and the location can't be beat. It's an old building, so there aren't much in the way of amenities, but the staff is very helpful and responsive! My favorite little perk is that while we don't have a doorman, packages are dropped off in your apt!
