A piece of Washington, DC history is coming alive again. The Strand Residences - a new, 86-unit affordable housing development - is being built next to the historic Strand Theater in DC's Deanwood neighborhood. The Strand will offer one and two-bedroom apartment homes for move-in September 2021.
