The Norwood is in an unbeatable location to DC's best restaurants, the zoo, and Rock Creek Parkway. All the character you'd expect from a building nearing 100 years old - quirky, charming, and solid. Incredibly quiet.

Living at the Norwood has been a tremendously positive experience. The building is beautiful and well cared for. It's the best priced rent for a one bedroom apartment with a spacious living room, bedroom, and lots of closet space. Plus the on-site staff is very responsive and helpful.

The building manager and management company have been terrific throughout the process of getting my lease signed and moving in. Everything is very organized, which takes a lot of the stress out of the moving process.

Building staff is top notch. The building has so much character outside. Inside is plain but in good shape. Love the high ceilings, wood floors, the ample closets, and the neighborhood, too.

I can't say how much I love living at The Norwood. The building manager is organized and responsive and the gentlemen who oversee the building in the evenings, Rudy and Chris, always greet you with a warm and friendly hello! If that weren't enough, the building itself is incredibly elegant! I would recommend this to anyone.
