    The Frontenac is a great building. Friendly staff and quick at solving any request you submit. I would highly recommend.

    The space is nice, better size than any other studio I toured, and better value for that size. The staff are very nice. I've only had to submit a maintenance request once, and when I did, they responded and fixed my issue in a timely manner.

    I have enjoyed my time at the Frontenac for the last year. Renee, Colin, Juan and the rest of the team are always incredibly helpful and pleasant to see around the building. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly and easily. The architecture in the units is lovely with pretty arches, built ins, and sun rooms. The building in general is giving Eloise at the Plaza and personally I have embraced and loved that.

    I have absolutely loved living at the Frontenac for the past year! The service staff and leasing office ladies, Renee and Claire, are super responsive, the complex is clean and well maintained, and the community is cozy and quiet. No ridiculous overcharges/rents for bringing a cat along.

    Excellent management and excellent staff. Living in the Frontenac is virtually worry-free and very pleasant!

    The Frontenac is a fantastic place to live. Onsite management and maintenance staff are so friendly, responsive, and helpful. The building is older, but really well maintained and very quiet. I lived there for three years and only left due to an out-of-state move—would highly recommend!
