Great location in DC! Close proximity to everything in the NW. Very walkable part of town. Excellent value for the location. The apartment community is safe, clean and maintained. Pleased with the overall rental experience in this community.
Very good location for JHU students, campus is in walking distance. The community is diverse with various restaurants and bars. The management team is responsible. The facility is not fancy but decent enough.
I really like living here. Everyone is really nice and the management is quick to handle issues. Ultimately the apartments need to be updated a little bit but its a great location and the staff do a great job of taking care of everyone.
The Baystate hits the perfect sweet spot for location and price for downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to Dupont circle, the Metro, groceries and other necessities, and more. As well, I found the building and other services to generally clean and well run.
