Im enjoying the experience so far, and the property manager does a great job of fulfilling needs and wants. As far as the apartment, apartment is very spacious and washer and dryer is a plus. Love that its close to the Metro as well.

I am very pleased with my apartment here at Park Vista. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Very convenient area for metro riders and close to grocery stores, etc. Marquita is very professional and handles her residents with care. My experience with Park Vista Apartments has been exceptional. Since before I even applied Marquita has made herself available to address any and all of my questions/concerns promptly. Also, though I haven’t had any major issues, every time that I have requested maintenance, they have been very responsive. They are usually at my unit within 24 hours to address my issues.
