Lived here since 2014 : Single, live on the the third level, very quiet, the hall ways are all ways very clean and had no problems with the maintenance team. The WC Smith staff are A number one in my book !! Keep up the great job you're doing..

I'm a tenant at Grandview, and have lived there for almost four years. I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS, more than anything I love the neighborhood. The rental office is very professional and they are very quick to fix things and keep their tenants happy. You'll love this place I call home.

My stay at Grandview Apts. has been a very pleasant place for me to live for the last 9yrs. & 10 mos. Its a well organized and a community oriented complex. Mangement was very good in accommodating and addressing concerns when it was needed. The Resident Mgr. Winona Burwell's demeanor in orchestrating the work force and communicating with residents were outstanding. I would not hesitate to move back to the complex.
