I have lived here for a couple years now and have enjoyed my time in my building. I grew up here and I am glad to see how much it has improved since the 80s. The people that live in my building have a mutual respect for each other and the office does a good job of taking care of all the problems we report. Overall things could always be better but I love my home and the area I live in. I will not move unless I can buy a house in the future.
The rent was reasonable, I like the new appliances. The community looks clean and the apartment are very nice. The staff is friendly, but sometimes you have to keep calling them, because they tend to get busy. I would recommend this apartment community to friends and family.
Quiet no trouble neighbors friendly everyone keep to themselves the maintenance personnel are excellent. Overall it's not bad wish the laundry room opened up a little earlier. I'd give a four star rating overall+++
I have been here for 2 years, I love it here. I really love that it's no carpet in my apartment. The management and leasing office staff are great. Whenever I have/had an minor maintenance issues and they are promptly fixed, and/or followed. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and professional and clean up area when done. The grounds and buildings are kept clean. I was worried about rodents being in SE DC but, not one they stay on top of extermination here. The price is great as well.
