I absolutely LOVE the Eddystone! The location is perfect, the building is so charming, and my apartment is HUGE for a studio in DC (with the French doors it feels more like a one bedroom) - all for an incredible rent value. I have more than enough space for furniture and the two HUGE closets are an absolute dream.
This was a wonderful place to live. So many historic details preserved inside and outside the apartments and the staff and residents are all so sweet. Everything was perfect while I lived there.
Classic apartment building located right in the heart of Logan Circle. While an older building, the Eddystone units have unique touches and are very well cared for. Maintenance staff is very responsive.
Excellent professional service, clean, safe, lovely building, great location. I would highly recommend this building to both newcomers and long-time residents of Washington DC, as Logan Circle is a great neighborhood and this is the best value for money residency you'll find! I’ve lived in the Eddystone for 6 lovely years and the staff is simply the best. The property manager took care of the small number of problems I’ve ever had at the drop of the hat, and always decorates the lobby for holidays. She truly made our building feel like home. The service team has helped me on more than one occasion when I’ve locked myself out. Definitely recommend living here!
