I have lived here for over a year and had a great experience. Everything is clean and well cared for. Anything broken is fixed fast and with a lot of communication. I have never had a package get lost or go missing and the building manager has been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this building to anyone.

It has been really amazing! The management is great but the maintenance and the emphasis they put on customer service and tenant happiness is the best part. The building is always clean and there is rarely any issues with neighbors.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. It's a clean building with no pests, a great staff, and affordable rent. There aren't any fancy bells and whistles but who really needs a rooftop swimming pool and foosball table? It's also in a very safe neighborhood with everything at your fingertips - groceries, restaurants, and public transportation are all within 10 minutes. If I wasn't moving cities at the end of my lease, I would stay here for years to come.

I moved here in 2018 and it's a great apartment complex. It's an older building, but the small community and great location are worth it. It's not noisy like some other buildings I've lived in. I highly recommend this place!

I've lived here for almost 6 years, in a studio then a 1 bedroom unit, and overall had a wonderful experience. It is a fantastic deal especially for its location so close to the metro and easy access to other neighboring neighborhoods (Adams Morgan, downtown, Logan Circle, Kalorama).
