What our residents think

The Clarence House has been an overall positive experience for me. The neighborhood is great, and proximity to the metro and Giant/CVS is convenient for those who don't have a car (like me). The building is clean, and most of my kitchen and bathroom were updated recently. I've had no problems with noisy neighbors, although you can hear things in the hallway pretty well. Package receiving is efficient and prompt, the front desk will email you usually within an hour of your package arriving. The kitchen in the studio is pretty small, but it has a dishwasher which is nice. I'd recommend this place to friends!
