WC Smith celebrated its 22nd Property Management Awards, our annual ceremony recognizing staff members and properties for their outstanding performance and achievements.
The WC Smith Excellence Awards were given to 16 employees across seven categories, including recognition for community and property management, maintenance, leasing, community, collections and corporate administration.
The company celebrated veteran employees for their longevity: Santos Velasquez, who has been with the company for 22 years, and Dwayne Jones, who has been an employee for 24 years.
Eight WC Smith properties were recognized for their financial performance, while 8 were recognized for overall excellence.
