WC Smith was recognized June 4 for our charitable giving and community engagement, ranking 7th among mid-sized companies in the Washington Metropolitan area for 2024, as compiled by the Washington Business Journal.
The newspaper organizes its awards by company size – large, mid-sized and small. WC Smith was among the honorees in the mid-sized companies. Fifty-five companies in total from around the greater Washington area were recognized for their financial philanthropic work.
Giving back is core to WC Smith’s commitment to the District, and this year we were pleased to announce a $100,000 contribution to Building Bridges Across the River in honor of the 20th anniversary of THEARC.
