WC Smith celebrated its 24th Property Management Awards, our annual ceremony recognizing staff members and properties for their outstanding performance and achievements.
The WC Smith Excellence Awards were given to 16 employees across seven categories, including recognition for community and property management, maintenance, leasing, community, collections and corporate administration.
The company celebrated veteran employees for their longevity: Juan (Pablo) Hernandez and Jesse Pettaway, who have been with the company for 33 years, Marcus Gantt, who has been with the company for 37 years, and Daisy Luther, who has been an employee for 26 years.
Six WC Smith properties were recognized for their financial performance, while 3 were recognized for overall excellence. We introduced a new category this year: Resident Excellence, recognizing 3 properties for the stellar online reviews given by their residents.
